Jordan Hammons, tenor, is a 2022 Winner of the Houston District of The Metropolitan Opera's Laffont Competition. In the 2023/2024 Season he will appear

as the Young Servant in Elektra by Strauss at The Dallas Opera. He is also the host of The Dallas Opera's web series Smoked: Pit to Stage which combines two Texas traditions: the love of opera and barbecue. As a part of the 2021 LAH-Summer Opera Workshop, Jordan performed The Prince in Rusalka (DvoÅ™ák) and Froh in Das Rheingold (Wagner).
